Madeline was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. She attended The Ohio StateUniversity, where she majored in History and minored in French and Archaeology.She graduated from Ohio State in 2024, magna cum laude. Aftercollege, she attendedCase Western Law School in Cleveland, Ohio. During law school,she was president ofthe Intellectual Property Association, an oralist with the International CriminalCourt Moot Court teamand competitorat the international competition in theHague, and managing editor of the Journal of International Law. After law school,Madeline clerked for the honorable Fiti A. Sunia, the AssociateJustice at the HighCourt of American Samoa, before joining Mooney Wieland Warren.At the firm, shefocuses her practice on advocating for commercial clients in a variety of transactionsand litigation in the High Court, as well as guiding local and off-island businessesthrough American Samoa’s regulatory framework.
